III. Responsibilities

It also oversees and inspects on-site after-sales service activities, maintains records of after-sales service performance, and handles the registration and review of after-sales service expenses.

3.2 The Technical Department is responsible for providing technical support and authoritative guidance for after-sales service, conducting training for after-sales personnel, and, when necessary, directly participating in after-sales activities to resolve issues.

3.3 The Production Department is responsible for assigning after-sales service personnel with specialized technical expertise to perform after-sales duties (and may recommend a list of after-sales staff based on equipment type and individual skill levels), as well as for promptly manufacturing and stockpiling spare parts and components required for after-sales service.

VI. Work Procedure

6.1 Recording and Handling of After-Sales Service Information

6.1.1 When personnel from various departments of the company receive inquiries from users regarding product operation, usage, maintenance, performance, and other related matters, the recipient shall resolve the issue directly if capable, and then document the resolution. VII. Service requirements for after-sales personnel

7.1 Upon arriving at the service site, after-sales service personnel must uphold the company’s image, ensure their work attire is neat and professional, use courteous and polite language, thoroughly inquire with the customer about the product’s on-site operating conditions, and briefly explain the agreed-upon resolution plan.
