I.Use

GXW2 (DW15HH) series intelligent universal low-voltage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is the mechanical industry technology development plan of the National Machinery Industry Bureau in 1999. It is the key project of the National Science and Technology Achievements of the Ministry of Science and Technology during the Ninth Five-Year Plan. . The rated insulation voltage of the circuit breaker is 690V, suitable for AC 50Hz. Rated voltage to 690V and below. The rated current is 400A-4000A in the distribution network. Used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single phase grounding and other faults. It can also be used as an infrequent conversion of lines under normal conditions. The circuit breaker has intelligent protection function and four-stage selective protection, which can avoid unnecessary power failure of the system and improve power supply reliability. The circuit breaker pulse withstand voltage is 12000V. When the circuit breaker does not have an intelligent controller and sensor, it can be used as an isolator.

The circuit breaker complies with GB14048.2 "Low-voltage switchgear for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment" and IEC60947-2 "Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment breaker" and other standards.

3.1 Structure of the circuit breaker

The circuit breaker is the main arrangement. It has the characteristics of compact structure and small size. The frame is composed of the side plates and the horizontal sills, and each phase contact system is mounted on the frame, and is insulated by an insulating cover, and the arc hood is mounted thereon to form a small room, and the intelligent controller, the manual operation mechanism and the electric operation mechanism are sequentially Arranged in front of them to form separate units, such as one of the units is broken, you can remove it and replace it with a new one.

3.1.1 Fixed circuit breakers are mainly composed of contact system, intelligent controller, manual operating mechanism, electric operating mechanism and frame;

3.1.2 Drawer type circuit breaker is mainly composed of contact system, intelligent controller, manual operation mechanism, electric operation mechanism, frame and drawer seat.

The drawer type circuit breaker is composed of a circuit breaker and a drawer seat. The plug-in circuit breaker body is seated on the drawer seat rail, and can be moved into and out of the drawer seat position by the crankstick handle, and the main circuit is connected through the busbar on the circuit breaker body and the bridge contact on the drawer seat. 

The drawer type circuit breaker has three working positions: "connected" position, "test" position, and "separated" position, and the position change is realized by the screwing in or out of the handle. The indication of the three positions is indicated by the pointer on the base of the drawer base.

When in the "connected" position, both the main circuit and the secondary circuit are connected; when in the "test" position, the main circuit is disconnected and separated by insulating partitions, only the secondary circuit is connected, and some necessary The action test; when in the "separated" position, the main circuit and the secondary circuit are all disconnected. At this point, press the left and right limit members of the circuit breaker, pull out the main body of the circuit breaker, and press the left and right limit members again to remove the circuit breaker body. The circuit breaker can only be closed in the connected or test position, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed in the middle of the connection and test.

3.1.3 Circuit breakers have mechanical interlocks that can be divided into lever interlocks and soft interlocks.
